Master Rebuild kit for TWN-D-25-2010-FU2

I have recently come to know Core 4x4 when I purchased a Jeep XJ and was looking for a place that had dedicated XJ suspension and components. Here is what makes them different than most other shops. All of their components are top shelf quality and they back it up if you break any of it. I was able to see their shop when I picked up an order locally and was impressed with their attention to detail and how they assemble and powder coat each part. I had an issue with a shackle and needed the threaded shaft to be shorter. I called in and talked to Kaden and he told me to come by and they would shorten it for me. When I got there, Kaden and Spencer (the owner) met me and talked about options and proceeded to make the right adjustments to fit my XJ. Told me if anything changes in the future and I need additional length, they would take care of me. So what really sets them apart from others is their Customer Service. Try calling in to any other Jeep suspension or part shop and see how they treat you. Been there - done that. Will continue to do business with Core and their team. Getting that kind of service for just a shackle has me thinking I may need to replace my JT components with Core's. Thanks Guys for being helpful good humans!

Great company, who worked with me on shipping parts, to arrive in time for a show, when I explained my concern of possibly not getting the control arms in time. Quality is amazing on the part, affordable price for what you get, and the powdercoat is top notch, not a single issue with this product, would buy again.

upper control arms look great and went on easy.. only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of a shipping issue which put my build a week behind. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, great customer service. Only time will tell how control arms perform but they look great and like they will go above and beyond control arm demand.

These guys are great. You can get them on the phone for support. This important and is not always the case with other custom parts builders. Their control arms are bomb proof and offer plenty of options. You can get real genuine Currie Johnny joints without paying the price for Currie arms.

First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!

I just finished installing the Peak 2.0 Front Suspension system with the Core 4x4 Blue Tacoma Rear Suspension system on my 2024 TRD Offroad Premium Tacoma. The two upgraded suspension systems really made a difference in how the ride feels, whether we’re off-road or on the road. I want to take the time to share my experience with Core 4x4. I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler and was looking to upgrade some suspension parts. I went with Core 4x4 upper & lower adjustable control arms and a front adjustable track bar. Everything arrived quickly, and right out of the box I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I had a few questions during installation (measurements and torque specs), and I spoke with Korby on a couple of occasions. Not only did he send me detailed instructions, but he also shared an installation video specific to the part and vehicle I was working on, something you don’t get from many companies. The control arms fit perfectly, look great, and perform exactly as I hoped. I did run into an issue with the front track bar touching the front diff. When I reached out, Korby had me send pictures and then immediately offered two solutions: his bar guy could make a different bend and send it out to me, or I could get a full refund. His response honestly blew me away. As much as I wanted to run the Core 4x4 track bar, I chose the refund. Korby sent me a prepaid shipping label right away, no hassle. My experience with Core 4x4 has been excellent. Korby was extremely understanding, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. The parts I received were high quality, and the customer service was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Core 4x4 10 out of 10 times and will be using them again.
