Warranties:

Core 4×4. disclaims any other warranties, whether express or implied, beyond those set out in the above-entitled “Warranties” provision. Warranties specifically disclaimed include but are not limited to any implied warranties, any warranty of suitability, any warranty of merchantability, or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Consequential Damages:

Core 4×4. will not be responsible for damages resulting in negligence, alteration, accident or use for which the part was not approved by the manufacturer or Core 4×4. Core 4×4 will not be responsible for loss time, inconvenience, loss of use of a vehicle or any other consequential damages, or labor for removal from the vehicle and reinstallation (if any) or any part or merchandise.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Please verify that all items in your order are complete and accounted for, especially prior to disassembly of your vehicle.

Core 4×4 will not be responsible for costs incurred due to disassembly of your vehicle prior to verifying that the order was complete.

Core 4×4 will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items caused by shipping or packaging, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company.

Core 4×4 must be notified if you have missing or damaged items within 7 days after delivery date. Contact 385.375.2104

Sales Tax:

For all orders shipped within Utah, there will be sales tax automatically calculated and added to your order total at time of checkout. Orders shipping to all other states will be exempt from sales tax.
