Warranties:

Core 4×4 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, except as specifically stated under the “Warranties” section on our site. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for a specific application.

Consequential Damages:

Core 4×4 shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from negligence, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or use of the product in a manner not approved by either the manufacturer or Core 4×4. Furthermore, Core 4×4 assumes no responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, vehicle downtime, or any labor costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of any product.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect and verify the contents of their shipment upon receipt and prior to initiating any vehicle disassembly.

Core 4×4 shall not be responsible for any costs incurred due to the disassembly of a vehicle prior to confirming that the order is complete and accurate.

In cases of missing or damaged items due to shipping or packaging issues, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Additionally, Core 4×4 must be notified of any such discrepancies within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. For assistance, please contact our team at 385.375.2104.
