REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY​

General Return Policy:

Core 4×4 accepts product returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and include all original packaging, hardware, and documentation. Products that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return under any circumstance.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping and Associated Costs:

For all approved returns, Core 4×4 will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. In cases where the return is not the result of an error on the part of Core 4×4, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items originally shipped under a free shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund total.

Core 4×4 reserves the right to apply a restocking fee in the event that returned items are not received in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Product Exchanges:

Customers who prefer to exchange a product rather than receive a refund must notify Core 4×4 at the time of initiating the return. All exchanges are subject to current product availability and must adhere to the same return guidelines outlined above.

Return & Exchange Exceptions:

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been installed, modified, or used in any capacity
  
  
• Items explicitly marked as final sale
  
  
• Products with specific return restrictions as noted on their product detail page

Customers are advised to thoroughly review product specifications and terms prior to purchase.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Core 4×4 Customer Support via email at support@core4x4.com. Please include the following information:

Upon evaluation and approval of your request, a return shipping label and further instructions will be provided to facilitate the return process.
