Core 4×4 proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all products manufactured by us.
Warranty Coverage and Conditions
This warranty is valid under the following conditions:
- The product must remain installed on the original vehicle by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided with any warranty claim.
- Products must be correctly installed, unaltered, and used only in conjunction with compatible parts and systems.
- Returned products must be in new, unmodified, and undamaged condition to be eligible for any credit or replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Wearable items, including but not limited to tie rod ends, bushings, joints, uniballs/spherical bearings, and related hardware.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance, such as stripped threads due to jam nuts.
- Products modified or combined with components from other manufacturers, or used without required/supplied components.
- Products not manufactured by Core 4×4.
- Surface finishes, coatings, or powder coating defects after the point of sale.
- Products used in racing, competition, or other extreme-use applications.
- Errors in product information, pricing, or any other Core 4×4 content due to typographical mistakes.
Limitations of Liability
- Core 4×4 assumes no responsibility for labor costs, shipping charges, or other incidental expenses related to warranty claims.
- We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of use, or inconvenience.
- Professional installation by a certified technician is strongly recommended to ensure product safety and longevity.
- Core 4×4 accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of its products.
- We are not responsible for typographical or clerical errors in product details, marketing materials, or packaging.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Core 4×4 before removing the part in question.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos.
- Based on the information provided, we may request return of the item for further evaluation. In many cases, photo or video documentation will suffice.
- If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
- If a replacement is required immediately, a new item must be purchased. If the original part is later deemed warrantable, a refund or credit will be issued.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Core 4×4. Any other warranties, express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are hereby disclaimed.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt and before beginning vehicle disassembly.
- Core 4×4 is not responsible for labor or other costs incurred from disassembly based on an incomplete or inaccurate order.
- Any shipping or packaging damage must be reported to the respective carrier.
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported to Core 4×4 within 7 days of delivery by calling us at 385.375.2104.
