Front Lowers Built With 1.75” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded Johnny Joint on the fixed end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1.25” x 12 TPI - 2.625” long threads.
Front Uppers Built With 1.5” OD 5/16” Wall DOM. Welded u-bracket on the welded end and a Forged Johnny Joints on the adjustable end with 1” x 14” TPI - 2.32” long threads.

upper control arms look great and went on easy.. only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of a shipping issue which put my build a week behind. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, great customer service. Only time will tell how control arms perform but they look great and like they will go above and beyond control arm demand.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

The customer service is first class. I had an issue with a track bar I installed on my F350. I don’t have any other Core 4x4 parts yet, but with the way I was treated, I know their parts are well done, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole. They wouldn’t be in business if they had to take care of a lot of people like they took care of me. Will definitely be back when it’s time to build the Jeep!
