Core 4x4's Crawl Series 5-piece rear suspension kit replaces all four worn factory stamped-steel control arms and the worn factory track bar on the GMC Yukon Denali (2001–2006). The factory parts use soft rubber bushings and a fixed length, so there's no way to re-align the rear axle, recenter it side-to-side, or correct pinion angle after a lift or leveling kit. These Core 4x4 parts are a serious step up: DOM steel tubing and Rock Jock Johnny Joints at both ends of every arm and the track bar for maximum articulation, with adjustable length to set rear axle alignment, side-to-side centering, and pinion angle back to spec.

Includes: Rear upper control arms (pair), rear lower control arms (pair), and the rear adjustable track bar; mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, and washers).

Suspension Type — Factory Autoride (Z55): Chances are, your truck came with rear Autoride (Z55) from the factory — GM's air-leveling system. This part is built to match: the ride-height sensor mounting tab is included on both rear upper arms, so your factory sensors bolt right back on. Converted to coil springs — or never had air ride at all? No problem — everything fits and works exactly the same; the sensor tabs just go unused.

Notes:

Hardware is included with your kit. If you ever need replacements down the road, the matching kit is available separately.
Running a lift? The 7-piece full rear kit (CRL-G-800-DEN-RK7-Z55) adds the rear sway bar end links to finish the rear.

I want to take the time to share my experience with Core 4x4. I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler and was looking to upgrade some suspension parts. I went with Core 4x4 upper & lower adjustable control arms and a front adjustable track bar. Everything arrived quickly, and right out of the box I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I had a few questions during installation (measurements and torque specs), and I spoke with Korby on a couple of occasions. Not only did he send me detailed instructions, but he also shared an installation video specific to the part and vehicle I was working on, something you don’t get from many companies. The control arms fit perfectly, look great, and perform exactly as I hoped. I did run into an issue with the front track bar touching the front diff. When I reached out, Korby had me send pictures and then immediately offered two solutions: his bar guy could make a different bend and send it out to me, or I could get a full refund. His response honestly blew me away. As much as I wanted to run the Core 4x4 track bar, I chose the refund. Korby sent me a prepaid shipping label right away, no hassle. My experience with Core 4x4 has been excellent. Korby was extremely understanding, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. The parts I received were high quality, and the customer service was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Core 4x4 10 out of 10 times and will be using them again. Great customer service. I got my front upper and lower control arms and hardware on Friday afternoon. It didn’t come with instructions so I called Core 4X4 and they immediately e mailed me the instructions. Also, the kit I got had the spacers missing so I called. It was late Friday by thus time but they took care of the issue first thing Monday morning and I got the spacers on Tuesday. Great company.

I ordered the jeep xj long arm lift kit. Control arms showed up first they turned out amazing!! Had some issues with the powder coating on the cross member and sent korby and the team at core4x4 an email. They got right on making me another cross member and sending it out. I appreciate all the help they've given me along the way. Very fast response thru emails. Build quality seems to be pretty dang nice!! Can't wait to install it and enjoy it!

Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. I broke a grease fitting off in my end link. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Reached out to Core 4x4 and wham! bam! They fixed it and sent it back with 2 day shipping.
