Our Crawl Series Suspension & Steering Kit offers a comprehensive upgrade for your vehicle’s suspension and steering systems. Each component is constructed with robust materials designed to withstand the toughest conditions. The kit accommodates lifts from 0 to 6 inches, enhancing vehicle alignment, handling, and safety. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please contact us for additional options and assistance.
Each component in the kit features a robust construction. The Front Control Arms Set is built with DOM Tubing of 5/16″ wall thicknesses and comes equipped with a Johnny Joint at both ends, offering unmatched flexibility and durability. The Front Track Bar, constructed from 1.5″ OD .313 Wall DOM tubing, features a Johnny Joint at both ends as well. This set-up exceeds the expectations of seasoned off-road enthusiasts.
Components in our Camp Series Suspension Kit undergo a resilient two-stage powder coating process. Starting with a zinc primer base coat for unparalleled corrosion resistance, we follow it up with a top coat of your choice from our selection of 10 striking colors. This guarantees long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal, making your vehicle stand out in any setting.
We are proud that our Camp Series is made in our facility in Orem, UT. By keeping our processes in-house, we maintain a hands-on approach to quality control, keeping our prices competitive. Installation of our Camp Series Suspension Kit is straightforward using factory hardware. To assist with rusted or stubborn bolts, we also offer optional new Grade 8 hardware kits, available separately.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
