Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Core 4×4 provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects in material and craftsmanship for all products manufactured by us.

Conditions for Valid Warranty Claims:

1. Products must remain on the original vehicle where they were installed and by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.
2. A proof of purchase must be presented for all warranty claims.
3. Products must be installed correctly, remain unaltered, be free from abuse, and combined with compatible equipment/products/components.
4. Returned products for warranty claims must be in new, unmodified, and undamaged condition to be eligible for credit.

Exclusions from Warranty:

1. Wearable items, including but not limited to tie rod ends, bushings, joints, uniballs/spherical bearings, and related hardware.
2. Damage from improper maintenance, such as stripped threads caused by jam nuts.
3. Products altered with components from other manufacturers or if any required/supplied components are exempted.
4. Products not manufactured by Core 4×4.
5. Product finishes are warranted only against defects at the point of sale.
6. Products used for competition or racing purposes.
7. Typographical errors related to pricing, product information, or any other Core 4×4 content.

Limitations:

• Core 4×4 is not liable for any labor, shipping, or other costs arising from warranty claims.
• We are not accountable for incidental and consequential damages under this warranty.
• Installation of Core 4×4 products by certified technicians is recommended for ensuring product safety and longevity.
• We hold no liability for any loss, damage, or injury due to the use or handling of our products.
• Core 4×4 is not responsible for typographical errors in product details, websites, packaging, etc.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

1. Contact us about the issue before removing the part.
2. Provide the necessary verbal/written communication and photos.
3. If the part seems warrantable, return it to Core 4×4 for assessment if necessary.
   1. Often good photos/videos will suffice and no return will be necesary. If warranted, we will repair or replace it the affected part.
4. All shipping charges are borne by the customer. If a replacement is needed urgently, purchase it first, and if the original is deemed warrantable, a credit/refund will be issued.

• Warranties: Any warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated here are disclaimed. This includes warranties of suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• Consequential Damages: Core 4×4 isn’t liable for damages resulting from negligence, alteration, accident, or unapproved use. We also won’t cover loss of use, inconvenience, or other consequential damages.

Damaged or Missing Items:

• Inspect your order for completeness and accuracy before vehicle disassembly. 2
• We aren’t responsible for costs due to vehicle disassembly without verifying order completeness.
• Claims for shipping or packaging damage should be directed to the respective shipping company. 4
