The Special Sauce:
HOUSING
- SAE 1045 Solid Steel Forged Housing: This is unequivocally the best carbon alloy steel for this application.
- CNC Machined Housing: Make our parts and bearings dimensionally perfect, eliminating any die wear issues.
BALL STUDS
- SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly Ball Studs: For the strongest possible metallurgy.
- Induction Heat Treated Ball Studs: Provides a very precise heat treatment to the exact depth and location we want it.
- Rolled Threads: Are made by pressing the shape of the threads into the ball stud instead of cutting. This strengthens the threads instead of weakening them and allows for easy movement of hardware. This ain't no Ikea furniture!
- Step Threads : allows for very easy movement of hardware on install and superior holding when torqued (installer choice).
BOOTS
- CR Rubber Boots: The most durable material for undercar applications. Resistant to deterioration from road level ozone, oil/gas/engine fluids and extreme heat or cold
- Compression Boot
HARDWARE
- Grade 8 - Class 10.9 Hardware: Superior tensile strength.
- Nyloc Nut: Very strong hold in most applications.
LUBRICATION
- Pre threaded Zerk Housing: If you have ever installed a MOOG Ball Joint without a pre-threaded zerk fitting you will understand what a simple but great feature this is. Another installer fav.
- Greaseable: Because it should be.
- Pre-Greased: Just in case you forget, we have you covered.
- Zerk Fittings : Included for every application.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

Excellent quality product and service. My l lower control arms broke and within the same day core 4x4 hooked me up with tier 2 arms and with the color I wanted. My Jeep rides better and has been solid for several months so far. 10/10 would recommend their products to anyone.

I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! Great long arm kit with everything else I needed as well! They worked with me to ensure that I was getting an upgraded components kit just like I wanted.
