RockJock's Pro Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for LJ Unlimiteds provides 4 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 35 in. tall tires (when used with body and motor mount lift, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Great experience with Core 4x4! I purchased some suspension parts for my dad's 98 Jeep TJ. The products they make are super durable and look even better in person. First time buying from Korby @ Core 4x4 and it’s being nothing short of a great experience. I bought the non adjustable Trail kit for my 5th Gen Ram 1500 with a 2” lift. The welds look great, nice powder coat finish and quality bushing. Had some trouble fitting the grease nipples due to the powder coating but a thread tap would fix that. They fit easily and perform great. I felt the improvement straight away. No more wheel hop on hard acceleration which was my main reason for the purchase.
I was missing some smaller bushings needed for the 5th Gen and Korby’s custom service was on point, with responsive emails and mailing out the missing parts straight away. Very happy with their products and customer service. Highly recommended company👌🏽

I don’t write reviews often, but Core 4x4 absolutely earned this one.
I recently ordered leaf spring mounts and realized after the fact that I messed up my order. Totally my mistake. Instead of giving me the runaround or pointing at a return policy, Core 4x4 emailed me back and forth, worked through exactly what I was doing with my build, and made sure I ended up with the correct parts.
That kind of customer service is rare these days — especially in the off-road world where a lot of companies stop caring once the order is placed.
The parts themselves are exactly what you hope for: solid, well-made, confidence-inspiring hardware that looks like it belongs under a vehicle that actually gets used. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots.
Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had.
