RockJock's Pro Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for JT Gladiators with the EcoDiesel engine provides 3 1/2 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 37 in. tall tires (with minor trimming, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). This kit is comprised of only the highest end components in the areas of strength, fit, finish, function, and the engineering to back them. This kit is designed specifically for the serious off-roader who not only wants to lift their vehicle and install big tires, but also wants to tackle the toughest trails in the country with confidence and ease. Included in this kit is the full set of 8 Johnny Joint adjustable control arms, set of 4 progressively wound coil springs including one front coil spring shim, front (EcoDiesel specific) and rear bump stop kits, Johnny Joint adjustable front and rear trac bars, rear trac bar geometry relocation bracket, front and rear adjustable extended sway bar links, front brake line relocation brackets, extended rear brake hose kit and the driveshaft carrier bearing drop spacer kit. I don’t write reviews often, but Core 4x4 absolutely earned this one.
I recently ordered leaf spring mounts and realized after the fact that I messed up my order. Totally my mistake. Instead of giving me the runaround or pointing at a return policy, Core 4x4 emailed me back and forth, worked through exactly what I was doing with my build, and made sure I ended up with the correct parts.
That kind of customer service is rare these days — especially in the off-road world where a lot of companies stop caring once the order is placed.
The parts themselves are exactly what you hope for: solid, well-made, confidence-inspiring hardware that looks like it belongs under a vehicle that actually gets used. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots.
Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right.

I ordered the jeep xj long arm lift kit. Control arms showed up first they turned out amazing!! Had some issues with the powder coating on the cross member and sent korby and the team at core4x4 an email. They got right on making me another cross member and sending it out. I appreciate all the help they've given me along the way. Very fast response thru emails. Build quality seems to be pretty dang nice!! Can't wait to install it and enjoy it!

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

Amazing service. Bought a track bar through Americantrucks.com and they sent it with the wrong size bushing sleeve. Korby at Core 4x4 was quick to get me the correct size and very responsive. Will definitely be using more of their stuff.
