RockJock's Pro Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for JL Wrangler Unlimiteds (4-door) with the EcoDiesel engine provides 3 1/2 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 37 in. tall tires (with minor trimming, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). This kit is comprised of only the highest end components in the areas of strength, fit, finish, function, and the engineering to back them. This kit is designed specifically for the serious off-roader who not only wants to lift their vehicle and install big tires, but also wants to tackle the toughest trails in the country with confidence and ease. Included in this kit is the full set of 8 Johnny Joint adjustable control arms, set of 4 progressively wound coil springs including one front and one rear coil spring shim, front, EcoDiesel specific) and rear bump stop kits, Johnny Joint adjustable front and rear trac bars, rear trac bar geometry relocation bracket, front and rear adjustable extended sway bar links and front brake line relocation brackets. Ive had the front adjustable control arm kit in bright green for my 1996 ZJ.
Ive had the kit for about a year now and i have to say, im extremely impressed, over 1000 miles off-road and roughly 20,000 miles on the highway. These control arm kits for any vehicle built by core 4x4 are well worth the money, just be aware thereight be some minor scatches or chips from shipping ( but who should care about that if you're beating the crap out of em' they way they were built and designed for)

CORE 4X4 Company produces/manufactures exceptional products. My rear upper and lower control arms and rear track bar were powder coated custom Fox “Shock Orange” for my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak. OEM looks minimal compared to the CORE 4X4 control arms. Plus they’re adjustable, serviceable and rebuildable. Shipment was very fast and packaging used custom foam wrapped around the arms and heavy duty boxes. Not even UPS could damage. Korby L. was great to work with and responded quickly with emails and product information. Great products. Great people from the State of Utah. All Made in the USA. 5 Stars!!!

First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!

I broke a grease fitting off in my end link. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Reached out to Core 4x4 and wham! bam! They fixed it and sent it back with 2 day shipping. Got it a day early even. If they couldn't fix it they were going to send me a new one. Now that's customer service! They are now a permanent part of my garage.

First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me.
As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.
