RockJock's Sport Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for JL Wrangler Unlimiteds (4-door) with the 392 Hemi engine provides 3 1/2 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 37 in. tall tires (with minor trimming, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). This kit is comprised of only the highest end components in the areas of strength, fit, finish, function, and the engineering to back them. This kit is more than sufficient for those who want to lift their vehicle, install big tires and hit some trails on the weekend! Included in this kit are front upper and rear upper Johnny Joint adjustable control arms, set of 4 progressively wound coil springs including one front and one rear coil spring shim, front (392 specific) and rear bump stop kits, Johnny Joint adjustable front trac bar, 392 specific rear trac bar geometry relocation bracket, front and rear adjustable extended sway bar links and front brake line relocation brackets. For those who intend to do more serious 4 wheeling and rock crawling, you'll want to look at all of the upgrade parts that RockJock has to offer that can be added to this kit to get your vehicle to it's full potential. I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

Great customer service. I got my front upper and lower control arms and hardware on Friday afternoon. It didn’t come with instructions so I called Core 4X4 and they immediately e mailed me the instructions. Also, the kit I got had the spacers missing so I called. It was late Friday by thus time but they took care of the issue first thing Monday morning and I got the spacers on Tuesday. Great company.

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. Have full upper/lower CA set on both front and rear axles on a 96 ZJ. These are the rubber bushing sets not joint sets. I have beat the hell out it in the Nevada desert for 2 years and has been great. I don’t go fast but I do articulate suspension a lot. Super solid and haven’t any issues. Just inspected the entire set recently due to some banging under it. Turns out the banging is lower rear shock bushings. Inspected each CA along the way nothing. Aside from dirt and obviously winter roads and what not still in excellent condition, bushings are solid like the day they were installed. I’ll add that I’m about tapped on a short arm at 4.25(less with settle) so the front CA’s get beat on just from that, still they’re like new. Paint is great condition, this set is red. I would definitely buy again. Another plus for me, Utah isn’t local necessarily, but it’s nice to support businesses closer to me.

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.
