RockNuts from RockJock are the evolution of locking nuts that render traditional jam nuts obsolete! RockNuts solve the age-old problem faced by Rock Crawlers and Racers alike – your get your suspension set up to twist and move, suspension joints bind up in brackets and jam nuts pop loose. This potential issue is not only one more thing on your maintenance checklist before an event or a race, but loose jam nuts will cause a suspension joint and the arm it is threaded into to destroy one another if they are not tight. The collet design of the RockNut provides a steel nut with a female taper and a steel bung or aluminum control arm with an intersecting male taper. When tight, the components are bound together and are bound onto the threads of the suspension joint with incredible force. This RockNut kit for suspension fabricators provides you with a 1 1/4 in.-12 LH thread steel nut and steel weld-in bung that is designed to be inserted into a 1 3/4 in. x .188 in. wall tube. Finish is black zinc plating on the nut and raw, weldable steel on the bung.

Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend!
