RockJock's narrow style weld-on Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer up to 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. The 3 in. narrow style outer shell is weldable CNC machined chromoly tubing that is fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. This specific joint features a 3.250 in. mounting width ball with a .750 in. thru hole.

Purchased a set of Trailing arms for my Ram 1500, quality is first class. I bought the ones with the Jonny Joints for more articulation and it appears from the construction I should get a lifetime of use, Zerk fittings are an added plus. Would defiantly recommend, and the the service team answered all of my questions.

Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!
