RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer up to 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is designed to fit the axle side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms and feature a narrow 2 1/2 in. diameter joint body, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 left hand threads on the shank, and a 70mm mounting width ball with a 16mm thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

The customer service is first class. I had an issue with a track bar I installed on my F350. I don’t have any other Core 4x4 parts yet, but with the way I was treated, I know their parts are well done, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole. They wouldn’t be in business if they had to take care of a lot of people like they took care of me. Will definitely be back when it’s time to build the Jeep!

These guys are great. You can get them on the phone for support. This important and is not always the case with other custom parts builders. Their control arms are bomb proof and offer plenty of options. You can get real genuine Currie Johnny joints without paying the price for Currie arms.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! The whole process was quick and painless. I broke a grease fitting off in my end link. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Reached out to Core 4x4 and wham! bam! They fixed it and sent it back with 2 day shipping. Got it a day early even. If they couldn't fix it they were going to send me a new one. Now that's customer service! They are now a permanent part of my garage.

2001 Wrangler TJ- i have purchased all front/rear upper/lower control arms. Front track bar and rear track bar. Quality is excellent and extremely durable you can tell its built to last. Bent a bolt on the front track bar and called and spoke with Spence. He immediately sent me out new hardware plus some! Product is amazing but what really separates companies apart is their service and these guys are second to none. Thank you all!
