I ordered a part for my 03 Jeep TJ and all I can say is wow! Korby at Core 4x4 is a total rockstar!! There was a glitch with my payment and within minutes, Korby reached out to me to get it fixed, then sent my receipt with the tracking number. After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. Spence and Cameron were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!

The customer service is first class. I had an issue with a track bar I installed on my F350. I don’t have any other Core 4x4 parts yet, but with the way I was treated, I know their parts are well done, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole. They wouldn’t be in business if they had to take care of a lot of people like they took care of me. Will definitely be back when it’s time to build the Jeep!

Great product for a good price. Customer service is top notch, I had an issue which was self cause and Core 4x4 helped me out even though it was my own fault. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! They’ve also helped me diagnose issues with different jeeps I’ve had, as well as Dodge/Rams. These guys know their stuff! Really! Ran into an issue with a part that I ordered. Got ahold of them explained to them the issue I was having and they jumped in and got the issue fixed. Hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The parts are hands down amazing. Highly recommend.
