I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their customer service. If you like American made products backed by warranty and amazing customer support, this is the company for you. I have a Lexus GX470 and love their rear control arms.

Amazing service. Bought a track bar through Americantrucks.com and they sent it with the wrong size bushing sleeve. Korby at Core 4x4 was quick to get me the correct size and very responsive. Will definitely be using more of their stuff.

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

Had a great experience with Core 4x4, I desperately needed a custom track bar and found out just a couple days before Easter Jeep Safari. Spence was a huge help and made it happen with plenty of time to spare. Their parts are top notch!

I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. I ordered a part for my 03 Jeep TJ and all I can say is wow! Korby at Core 4x4 is a total rockstar!! There was a glitch with my payment and within minutes, Korby reached out to me to get it fixed, then sent my receipt with the tracking number. I lost the number and reached out to him during the Holidays and got a rapid response with the number again. I can’t say enough about the customer service and the quality of parts. Thank you!!

Absolutely a great company. Ordered rear lower control arms with hardware but when i got it the hardware wasn't there but they sent it out right away and got a free t-shirt! Highly recommend.
