RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is designed to fit the frame side of the 2021 and up Bronco's rear control arms and feature a 2 1/2 in. diameter joint body, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2.3 in. of 1 1/4 in.-12 right hand threads on the shank, and a 3.150 in. mounting width ball with a .718 in. thru hole. Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!

As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Best control arms I have installed on any of my builds. After running every major manufacturer, Core 4x4 is on par or better than all the high-end companies at a fraction of the cost. Lifetime warranty is the cherry on top.

First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!

Have yet to get to try them but I bought some upper, and then later , lower control arms for my 03 rubicon. The pricing is very fair, so fair I was hesitant to even purchase. When the product came in I was happily mistaken. These are some beefy units with an incredible warranty! I’m very excited! I went with the “Camp”series as I mostly daily it.
I have trouble with the shipping at times when I ordered but Corby is quick to notice things and help communicate the solution. Looking forward to buying more parts!

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. They care about heir product and their customers. Thanks crew, you rock

I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages.
