The Special Sauce:
HOUSING
- SAE 1045 Solid Steel Forged Housing: This is unequivocally the best carbon alloy steel for this application.
- LOWER: Knurled Housings: The preferred design for aftermarket installations.
- CNC Machined Housing: Make our parts and bearings dimensionally perfect, eliminating any die wear issues.
BALL STUDS
- SAE 4140 Hot Forged Chromoly Ball Studs: For the strongest possible metallurgy.
- Induction Heat Treated Ball Studs: Provides a very precise heat treatment to the exact depth and location we want it.
- Polished Ball Studs: Built like an anti-friction bearing with extremely precise tolerances.
- Rolled Threads: Made by pressing the shape of the threads into the ball stud instead of cutting. This strengthens the threads instead of weakening them and allows for easy movement of hardware. This ain't no Ikea furniture!
- Step Threads: Allows for very easy movement of hardware on install and superior holding when torqued (installer choice).
BEARING DESIGN
- UPPER: Carbon Bearing Design: Used mainly in Jeep and Dodge upper ball joints is the solver of all things wobbly. Like all our products.
- LOWER: Military Grade Acetal Bearing: The same bearing material spec'd by the US military for Hummer ball joints. This material is: dimensionally stable (doesn't expand or contract with hot or cold, water or oil absorption), can be polished smooth as steel, is anti-friction, doesn't wear itself out under load like metal on metal, and can take an absolute pounding.
BOOTS
- CR Rubber Boots: The most durable material for undercar applications. Resistant to deterioration from road level ozone, oil/gas/engine fluids and extreme heat or cold.
- Internal Seal Boot: The boot is coined onto the ball joint, for superior sealing against contaminants.
FINISH
- E-Coating: Extremely durable electrochemical finishing process
HARDWARE
- Grade 8 - Class 10.9 Hardware: Superior tensile strength.
- Castle Nut: Industry standard where high vibration loads occur.
LUBRICATION
- Pre Threaded Zerk Housing: If you have ever installed a MOOG Ball Joint without a pre-threaded zerk fitting you will understand what a simple but great feature this is. Another installer fav.
- Greaseable: Because it should be.
- Pre-Greased: Just in case you forget, we have you covered.
- Gull Winged Grease Grooves: Allows for improved lubrication disbursement around the ball stud.
- Zerk Fittings: Included for every application.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! They’ve also helped me diagnose issues with different jeeps I’ve had, as well as Dodge/Rams. These guys know their stuff! Really! I just finished installing the Peak 2.0 Front Suspension system with the Core 4x4 Blue Tacoma Rear Suspension system on my 2024 TRD Offroad Premium Tacoma. The two upgraded suspension systems really made a difference in how the ride feels, whether we’re off-road or on the road. Excellent quality product and service. My l lower control arms broke and within the same day core 4x4 hooked me up with tier 2 arms and with the color I wanted. My Jeep rides better and has been solid for several months so far. 10/10 would recommend their products to anyone.

2022 I ordered a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in High Velocity yellow. Without any hesitation I knew I was going with Core 4x4’s 16pc Camp series suspension, powder coated in yellow. Compliments were a given from any and everyone that looked under my jeep. So beefy, I may have left some yellow paint on the rocks from Maine to Florida, but no bends or breaks. Customer service has been perfect each and every time I have needed something. Their warranty is top notch! Their communication is also wonderful. Might upgrade to the Crawl Series control arms where the Johnny joints are on both sides. Great all around company and a great team to troubleshoot your issue and come to a conclusion. Nothing bad to say about this company. Just love this suspension.

First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me.
As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.
