I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I just finished installing the Peak 2.0 Front Suspension system with the Core 4x4 Blue Tacoma Rear Suspension system on my 2024 TRD Offroad Premium Tacoma. I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion.
