Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts. All around just seems like they don’t care.

I recently ordered a set of control arms from Core 4x4, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, the parts arrived quickly, and the control arms themselves are extremely high quality—solid construction, great finish, and clearly built to last. I also want to give a special shout-out to Korby, the guy I spoke with during the process. His customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. You don’t see service like that very often these days. I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

I want to share a truly positive experience. I ordered a car kit consisting of two packages, but unfortunately one was lost during shipping with UPS. The situation could have become complicated... but it didn't. The company manager was extremely helpful and professional: he personally followed up on the situation and did everything he could to resolve the issue, even sending me the package again without hesitation. Excellent service, Prompt responses when needing technical assistance, Amazing looking parts that fit excellently. I would recommend them to anyone looking for suspension components. Also very well packaged when we received the shipment, which means no damage from shipping company!! We went with the Crawl Series double adjustable kit and it definitely looks killer on our build!!!

Great product for a good price. Customer service is top notch, I had an issue which was self cause and Core 4x4 helped me out even though it was my own fault. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
