Great customer service. I got my front upper and lower control arms and hardware on Friday afternoon. It didn’t come with instructions so I called Core 4X4 and they immediately e mailed me the instructions. Also, the kit I got had the spacers missing so I called. It was late Friday by thus time but they took care of the issue first thing Monday morning and I got the spacers on Tuesday. Great company.

Had a worn out set of rear upper control arms on my TJ. These were old rubicon express long arms. can’t buy replacements and no one makes a direct fit replacement. Talked with Korby at core off road sent some measurements and photos and a week later new arms showed up. Packaging was perfect fit was perfect. Would highly recommend giving these guys a call.

Core 4x4 has outstanding products at a fair price and unmatched customer service. When you call Korby, it's like talking with a friend. Very cool and helpul! I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. Have yet to get to try them but I bought some upper, and then later , lower control arms for my 03 rubicon. The pricing is very fair, so fair I was hesitant to even purchase. When the product came in I was happily mistaken. These are some beefy units with an incredible warranty! I’m very excited! I went with the “Camp”series as I mostly daily it. I have trouble with the shipping at times when I ordered but Corby is quick to notice things and help communicate the solution. Looking forward to buying more parts!

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

I ordered the jeep xj long arm lift kit. Control arms showed up first they turned out amazing!! Had some issues with the powder coating on the cross member and sent korby and the team at core4x4 an email. They got right on making me another cross member and sending it out. I appreciate all the help they've given me along the way. Very fast response thru emails. Build quality seems to be pretty dang nice!! Can't wait to install it and enjoy it!
