These parts have noticeable blemishes to the powder coating, either from customer returns or damage during the manufacturing process. This has no effect on the overall function of the part and is still covered by our lifetime warranty.
As with all of our parts, if you manage to break it, we’ll replace it.

I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. Ordered and 2 days later realized they had the very same exact arms on sale in the overstock section. Called them up and they refunded me the savings from my original purchase. I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I replaced the rear upper and lower control arms also the pan hard track bar and also the sway bar and links for the rear with all I had the articulating bushings. The vehicle now has no body role. They are absolutely incredible if you get the control arms you gotta get the CORE 4 x 4sway bar end links don’t don’t try and be cheap and get Moog or something else you got to get articulating bushings get the core 4 x 4 ones they are the best. My truck drives now through the canyons like a BMW. I have Fox high-performance shocks on there as well with all the CORE 4 x 4 suspension parts and they are amazing. Well worth the money I would highly recommend anybody thinking about CORE 4 x 4 go with CORE 4X4 and if you can go with their articulating bushings, they’re unbelievable drives better now than my Escalades. Well planted no body role and smooth on the Highway unbelievable the difference they all made!!

I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!!

Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever.

I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks. Fantastic customer service fantastic health very automotive, off-road, friendly, and any aftermarket thing for your truck or SUV that they currently have!

I broke a grease fitting off in my end link. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Reached out to Core 4x4 and wham! bam! They fixed it and sent it back with 2 day shipping. Got it a day early even. If they couldn't fix it they were going to send me a new one. Now that's customer service! They are now a permanent part of my garage.
