Phenomenal company - very rare to come by in the automotive industry. Also very impressing. Let me start here. I got a set of yellow sway bar end links for my 19 ram DT (new body style) and let me tell you, I’m hooked. For numerous reasons. One the craftsmanship behind the product is unmatched for sure for without breaking the bank. 2ndly, they stand behind their product. Had a very minor issue and it was resolved in a blink of an eye!!! Insane. Just because of what i listed above i will forever spend my money with core 4x4! And i think you should too! I have no affiliation at all with this company besides being a consumer. I will be ordering my yellow UCAs and the rest of my rear suspension from them here shortly! Korby on the other hand. The representative that helped me went above and beyond FAST. I hung up the phone with him, and with in no lie 3 minutes he was calling back with an answer. I have recently come to know Core 4x4 when I purchased a Jeep XJ and was looking for a place that had dedicated XJ suspension and components. Here is what makes them different than most other shops. All of their components are top shelf quality and they back it up if you break any of it. I was able to see their shop when I picked up an order locally and was impressed with their attention to detail and how they assemble and powder coat each part. I had an issue with a shackle and needed the threaded shaft to be shorter. I called in and talked to Kaden and he told me to come by and they would shorten it for me. When I got there, Kaden and Spencer (the owner) met me and talked about options and proceeded to make the right adjustments to fit my XJ. Told me if anything changes in the future and I need additional length, they would take care of me. So what really sets them apart from others is their Customer Service. Try calling in to any other Jeep suspension or part shop and see how they treat you. Been there - done that. Will continue to do business with Core and their team. Getting that kind of service for just a shackle has me thinking I may need to replace my JT components with Core's. Thanks Guys for being helpful good humans!

Core 4x4 has outstanding products at a fair price and unmatched customer service. When you call Korby, it's like talking with a friend. Very cool and helpul! I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the transaction👍🏼 Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever. I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps. I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well. This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements. Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Support small American built businesses. P.S. Core 4x4, feel free to make me an ambassador and send me some swag :) .

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! I don’t write reviews often, but Core 4x4 absolutely earned this one. I recently ordered leaf spring mounts and realized after the fact that I messed up my order. Totally my mistake. Instead of giving me the runaround or pointing at a return policy, Core 4x4 emailed me back and forth, worked through exactly what I was doing with my build, and made sure I ended up with the correct parts. That kind of customer service is rare these days — especially in the off-road world where a lot of companies stop caring once the order is placed. The parts themselves are exactly what you hope for: solid, well-made, confidence-inspiring hardware that looks like it belongs under a vehicle that actually gets used. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots. Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right. After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them.
