RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 7/8 in.-14 left hand threads on the shank, and a 1.600 in. mounting width ball with a .562 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

To start off if you're looking to upgrade your control arms definitely hit this company up. Great product, easy install of the product, with three different tiers everything is priced pretty good, I'm a sticker guy and they sent a sticker for each arm each track bar and also three extra ones so the extra are on the Jeep the advertise them for sure. I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks.
