RockJock's forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 1 in.-14 right hand threads on the shank, and a 2.812 in. mounting width ball with a .750 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Great experience with Core 4x4! I purchased some suspension parts for my dad's 98 Jeep TJ. The products they make are super durable and look even better in person. I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks. Fantastic customer service fantastic health very automotive, off-road, friendly, and any aftermarket thing for your truck or SUV that they currently have!

I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. Ordered and 2 days later realized they had the very same exact arms on sale in the overstock section. Called them up and they refunded me the savings from my original purchase. Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.

Recieved warrenty exchanges for my control arms last night couldnt be happier!!! Lets talk about the arms tho! Great quality arms in multiple styles and colors!!! I purchased the teir 3 short arns for my 98 xj. I can say that they setoff nicely so my 35 inch tires do not rub! As long as you can get a photo or video of broken hardware core will take care of you. The body of the arm is bulletproof. However make sure to maintain and grease the joints regularly as with any greaseable joint and they shouldkast forever. I had a few problems arise a year after purchase and after some troubleshooting spence was able to help get me the correct parts to get back on the road. I recommend this setup to any and all jeepers looking to get away from the stock arm setup. Alltogether i am Very happy with the performace of my control arms!!!! Mechanic and bodyman of 12 years and my first choice for quality control arms!!
