RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 3/4 in.-16 right hand threads on the shank, and a 1.750 in. mounting width ball with a .500 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

Recieved warrenty exchanges for my control arms last night couldnt be happier!!! Lets talk about the arms tho! Great quality arms in multiple styles and colors!!! I purchased the teir 3 short arns for my 98 xj. I can say that they setoff nicely so my 35 inch tires do not rub! As long as you can get a photo or video of broken hardware core will take care of you. The body of the arm is bulletproof. However make sure to maintain and grease the joints regularly as with any greaseable joint and they shouldkast forever. I had a few problems arise a year after purchase and after some troubleshooting spence was able to help get me the correct parts to get back on the road. I recommend this setup to any and all jeepers looking to get away from the stock arm setup. Alltogether i am Very happy with the performace of my control arms!!!! Mechanic and bodyman of 12 years and my first choice for quality control arms!!

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. upper control arms look great and went on easy.. only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of a shipping issue which put my build a week behind. The issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, great customer service. Only time will tell how control arms perform but they look great and like they will go above and beyond control arm demand.

As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

Absolutely incredible family owned business. I asked to pick up my order since I’m local and they came in on a weekend to accommodate.
