RockJock's weld-on chromoly Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushings that encase the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. The outer shell is weldable .180 in. wall machined chromoly tubing that is fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing. This specific joint is a 2 1/2 in. o.d. and features a 2.625 in. mounting width and a .5625 in. thru bolt hole.

First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me.
As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a
Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

I couldn't have been more excited for the initial unboxing of these new Core 4x4 UCA's!
They appear to be so well built and just a true quality product.
Installation was a breeze and the initial testing with the forklift appears to have given me some additional flex with less binding on the rest of the components now that the geometry is back properly aligned.
Time will tell how they hold up on my near future off-road adventures but I don't have any doubt that they are up to the task!

I broke a grease fitting off in my end link. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. Reached out to Core 4x4 and wham! bam! They fixed it and sent it back with 2 day shipping. Got it a day early even. If they couldn't fix it they were going to send me a new one. Now that's customer service! They are now a permanent part of my garage.

Great company, who worked with me on shipping parts, to arrive in time for a show, when I explained my concern of possibly not getting the control arms in time. To start off if you're looking to upgrade your control arms definitely hit this company up. Great product, easy install of the product, with three different tiers everything is priced pretty good, I'm a sticker guy and they sent a sticker for each arm each track bar and also three extra ones so the extra are on the Jeep the advertise them for sure. Purchased a set of Trailing arms for my Ram 1500, quality is first class. I bought the ones with the Jonny Joints for more articulation and it appears from the construction I should get a lifetime of use, Zerk fittings are an added plus. Would defiantly recommend, and the the service team answered all of my questions.

Solid product, the lifetime warranty sealed the deal for me. Installed on my TJ and the ride quality improved noticeably. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but the parts were worth the wait.
