RockJock's Front 2WD Beam Axle Housing Johnny Joint Kit for TJ Wrangler, LJ Unlimited, XJ Cherokee, MJ Comanche and ZJ Grand Cherokee vehicles replaces the front upper control arm bushings Johnny Joint rod ends to get maximum articulation out of your suspension! This kit includes 2 of our 1 in. thick flame-cut steel uprights for the tube side, with the Johnny Joint already installed. This kit has you cut off the top of the stock upper control arm brackets that are on the beam axle and install the new RockJock pieces into the existing bracket bases. You then weld the RockJock pieces to the existing bracket bases. This allows for no welding to be done on the tube, resulting in no warpage of the tube. This kit requires cutting and welding equipment for installation! NOTE: this kit is for use on any factory 2WD beam only!

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! I purchased a upper and lower set of control arms from core 4x4 they came early then expected and seem to be very nice quality I ran into a complication installing them and emailed them my question I was expecting to get the response maybe the next day because it was after hours I got a response in about a few minutes which allowed me to finish the project that day I super appreciate that, the products are good strong lifetime warranty and their customer service is top notch
