RockJock's Front Axle Housing Johnny Joint Kit for TJ Wrangler, LJ Unlimited, XJ Cherokee, MJ Comanche and ZJ Grand Cherokee vehicles replaces the front differential housing upper control arm bushings Johnny Joint rod ends to get maximum articulation out of your suspension! This kit includes a Johnny Joint insert for gear case ear and installation tool, as well as 1 in. thick flame-cut steel upright for the tube side, with the Johnny Joint already installed. This kit has you cut off the top of the stock bracket that is on the tube and install the new RockJock piece into the existing bracket base. You then weld the RockJock piece to the existing bracket base. This allows for no welding to be done on the tube, resulting in no warpage of the tube. This kit requires cutting and welding equipment for installation! Greasable hardware included. NOTE: this kit is for use on any factory Dana 30 or 44 differential only!

Best control arms I have installed on any of my builds. After running every major manufacturer, Core 4x4 is on par or better than all the high-end companies at a fraction of the cost. Lifetime warranty is the cherry on top.

We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Lets put it this way if Core 4x4 sells a product I am wanting for my truck I will buy it from them, I highly recommend Core 4x4.

Got the CAMP version of adjustable control arms and track bars for our 03 TJ with a 3” lift and 33x10.5 KO 2’s.
Super beefy bars, great fit and adjustability.
Friendly advice and support from Korby at CORE 4X4. Good follow up as well.
The ride quality is great as well as the handling. I think it all looks pretty good as well.

Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Outstanding experience! I asked Core to build me a set of custom control arms that were larger/heavier than they normally build. They gladly accepted the challenge and turned out an expertly crafted and super strong product ahead of schedule. Fit and finish are excellent. Spence and Cameron were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. And all of this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys!

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.
