Front Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shock 3.5-4in Lift - JL/JT

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty. Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4. Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days. Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say. I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Customer service is quickly becoming a lost commodity and you guys gave me hope that it's still alive and well, you just have to buy from the right people... The parts themselves are exactly what you hope for: solid, well-made, confidence-inspiring hardware that looks like it belongs under a vehicle that actually gets used. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots. Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right. Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts. All around just seems like they don’t care.
