The precision metal impact aluminum body increases cooling capacity and will never rust. Inside you will find our race-proven performance valving technology. Our Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory-tuned precision valving. The race developed high flow damping piston matched with application specific valving provides the Performance Series 2.0 IFP shock a predicable ride quality capable of handling the roughest road conditions.

Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty.
Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4.
Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days.
Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say.
I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Support small American built businesses.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! They’ve also helped me diagnose issues with different jeeps I’ve had, as well as Dodge/Rams. These guys know their stuff! Really! I just finished installing the Peak 2.0 Front Suspension system with the Core 4x4 Blue Tacoma Rear Suspension system on my 2024 TRD Offroad Premium Tacoma. The two upgraded suspension systems really made a difference in how the ride feels, whether we’re off-road or on the road. Had a great experience with Core 4x4, I desperately needed a custom track bar and found out just a couple days before Easter Jeep Safari. Spence was a huge help and made it happen with plenty of time to spare. Their parts are top notch!

Installed the full kit on my XJ. Ride quality is night and day better than what I had before. The articulation on the trail is insane. These guys know what they are doing. Already recommended Core 4x4 to everyone in my club.

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.
