Constructed with high-strength steel tubing, our Front Upper and Lower Control Arms, as well as the Rare Parts Diamond Series Adjustable Track Bar, are equipped to withstand the rigors of both on and off-road driving conditions. They feature unique tapered polyurethane bushings at both ends, promising a more responsive and smoother ride than traditional rubber bushings. What’s more, these bushings are greaseable and entirely rebuildable, allowing for regular maintenance and reduced wear, which extends the service life of the bushings.
Designed for superior adjustability, our Front Upper and Lower Control Arms and Adjustable Track Bar allow for accurate alignment correction and enhanced vehicle handling. As you lift a vehicle, the axle tends to shift to one side, and backwards which can negatively impact vehicle handling. They can easily accommodate lifts from 0 to 6 inches, offering flexibility for future lift modifications and reducing wear on tires and suspension. This kit provides complete control over your wheel centering and caster adjustment, ensuring your vehicle’s suspension is fully optimized for peak performance on any terrain. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please consult with us for additional options.
All components in our kit undergo a two-stage powder coating process. It begins with a zinc primer base coat for superior corrosion resistance, followed by a durable top coat. You can choose your preferred color from our selection of 10 options, personalizing your Town Series Front Kit to match your style.
All components of our Town Series are meticulously crafted in our facility in Orem, UT. We pride ourselves in sourcing our materials locally and maintaining complete control over the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Installing the components of our Front Kit is straightforward using factory hardware. We also offer optional new Grade 8 hardware kits, including a cam bolt delete available separately for the Front Lower Control Arms, for those tackling rusted or stubborn bolts. This ensures a smooth installation process.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
