Precisely engineered for compatibility with Dodge Ram 3500 models from 2010 to 2012, these control arms provide superior durability and strength compared to factory parts, delivering a substantial upgrade for your vehicle’s suspension system.
Both our Front Upper and Lower Control Arms are constructed with 1.75″ OD DOM Tubing that has a .313″ wall thickness, built to withstand extreme on and off-road driving conditions. They are equipped with Rock Jock Johnny Joints on the adjusting end and our unique tapered polyurethane bushings on the fixed end. Importantly, these bushings and joints are greaseable and completely rebuildable, allowing for regular maintenance, reducing friction and wear, thereby extending the service life of the control arms.
Our Front Upper and Lower Control Arms are designed for superior adjustability, allowing for accurate alignment correction and improved vehicle handling. These components are expertly engineered to accommodate lifts from 0 to 6 inches, offering flexibility for future lift modifications and reducing wear on tires and suspension. Importantly, this set gives you complete control over your wheel centering and caster adjustment, ensuring your vehicle’s suspension is fully optimized for peak performance in any terrain. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please consult with us for additional options.
All our Trail Series control arms undergo a two-stage powder coating process. It starts with a zinc primer base coat for superior corrosion resistance, followed by a durable top coat. We offer a selection of 10 color options, allowing you to add a personalized touch to your Trail Series Front Control Arms.
All of our Trail Series control arms are meticulously manufactured in our facility in Orem, UT. We pride ourselves in sourcing our materials locally and maintaining total control over the production process, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.
Installing our Front Control Arms can be accomplished using factory hardware. We also offer optional new Grade 8 hardware kits, which include a cam bolt delete, available separately, for those tackling rusted or stubborn bolts, ensuring a smooth installation process.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
