We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Installed the full kit on my XJ. Ride quality is night and day better than what I had before. The articulation on the trail is insane. These guys know what they are doing. Already recommended Core 4x4 to everyone in my club.

After ordering an upper and lower adjustable control arm kit manufactured by CORE 4X4 from a jeep parts distributor who's intials are E.T., they came with 3 of the threaded ends missing. After over 2 months of phone calls and emails to this E.T. company nothing was resolved. I finally decided to call CORE 4X4 myself and tell them my dilemma. I spoke with a very personable and professional gentleman named Korby, who is one of CORE 4X4's representatives, after a brief discussion of what I went thru he simply asked me for a picture and some measurements and the items I was missing and asked if I could cover ONLY the cost of shipping and I had my missing parts in exactly 1 weeks time. This company not only builds all it's parts in the U.S.A., they stand behind their products with great customer service and life time warranty. My experience with this company and their Rep Korby was fantastic. I would definitely recommend CORE 4X4 to anyone who needs parts for any 4x4 projects. You just can't beat their quality and service. I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks. Fantastic customer service fantastic health very automotive, off-road, friendly, and any aftermarket thing for your truck or SUV that they currently have!

Korby and the rest of the team at Core 4x4 know there stuff and answered my question in a timely manner. They even were able to quick ship a re-build kit for me so I could get my truck back on the road- Thanks!
