This is a complete 1 Ton upgraded replacement steering kit for your 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. It includes the tie rod (DOM Steel) which is also the adjusting sleeve, and left and right forged steel tie rod ends, the drag link (DOM Steel ) which is also the adjusting sleeve, and left and right forged steel drag link ends. Plus 4 Ninja Lock Washers.

All Flip Kits include the taper sleeve!!

It does not include the steering stabilizer bracket which you will need to choose in the options above based on the steering stabilizer you use.

Fitment:

Wheels and Spacers: If you run AEV or stock Rubicon wheels, you’ll need a 1.5 Inch spacer. This kits works with a 17 Inch wheel with a 4.75 Inch backspacing or less. We recommend the steering stabilizer be fitted in the stock location, or a relocation kit may be required. 

Differentials and Mods: This steering system fits stock Dana 30/44 axles No Flip. If you have done any major modifications give us a ring to discuss. This will fit most modifications, but we want to make sure before shipping.  You may also want to discuss with your local Jeep shop to make sure all your modifications are compatible.

If your jeep has been upgraded to a Dana 60 axle, we have modifications that can work with that as well.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.

Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
