Cruise is our daily-driver tier — comfort-focused with rubber/poly bushings for street use and occasional trail time.

Camp is the all-around workhorse — built with heavier-duty joints for weekend wheeling, overlanding, camping, and mixed-use rigs.

Crawl is the no-compromise rock-crawler tier — equipped with Johnny Joint rod ends for maximum articulation and serious off-road performance.

For Ram-specific kits, we use the Town, Trail, Tow, and Track tiers instead. The names are different, but the idea is the same: each tier is engineered around how you actually use your truck, from daily driving and towing to trail use and high-performance handling.

We build our components in-house with heavy-duty American steel and aluminum, using quality materials and proven processes.

When you order a CORE 4X4 control arm, track bar, lift kit, or steering component, you are getting American-made durability, built by an American team to American off-road standards.

Most orders are built in 1–3 business days from the time you order. Because we build everything to order, your parts are welded, machined, assembled, and powder-coated specifically for your build instead of pulled from a generic shelf.

Standard colors usually move through production quickly, while custom powder coat colors may add up to a week depending on color availability and production schedule. Once your order is complete, it will ship out and tracking will be provided.

Every CORE 4X4 part is powder-coated in-house in 10 standard colors — and yes, we offer custom colors and color matching too.

Got a specific shade in mind? Send our sales team a color code or sample and we will quote it. Custom colors typically add about a week and are billed at cost.

Most aftermarket suspension shops ship pre-stocked black or charcoal and call it a day. We are built-to-order — your kit is welded, machined, and powder-coated specifically for you, in 1–3 days, with the finish you actually want.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers every CORE 4X4 product we manufacture for as long as you own it.

If a CORE 4X4-built control arm, track bar, lift kit, or steering component fails, we will stand behind it and replace it.

The only exclusions are normal wear items, such as bushings, and other components that naturally wear over time with use.
