Our Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms are crafted with 1.75″ OD DOM Tubing with a robust .313″ wall thickness. Each control arm is equipped with Rock Jock Johnny Joints at both ends, ensuring superior flexibility and optimal road manners. These joints are greaseable and entirely rebuildable, contributing to longevity. The control arms feature left and right-hand threads for easy adjustability without requiring removal, adding to the durability and convenience of this upgrade.
Our Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms provide optimal adjustability for precise alignment correction and improved vehicle handling. They are engineered to accommodate lifts from 0 to 6 inches, providing flexibility for future lift modifications. Paired with our Front Upper Control Arms, you have comprehensive control over wheel centering and pinion angle adjustment, optimizing your vehicle’s suspension for peak performance on any terrain. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please consult with us for additional options.
These control arms undergo a rigorous two-stage powder coating process for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Starting with a zinc primer base coat, followed by a durable top coat, you can choose from 10 color options, allowing you to customize your Front Lower Control Arms to match your style.
All our Adjustable Front Lower Control Arms are proudly manufactured in our facility in Orem, UT, USA. We ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards by sourcing materials locally and maintaining control over the entire production process.
The installation process of our Front Lower Control Arms is straightforward, using factory hardware. For those dealing with stubborn or rusted bolts, we also offer an optional new Grade 8 hardware kit, available separately, ensuring a smooth installation process.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
