Our aluminium lower control arms are constructed from a formidable 2.25” OD 7075 Aluminium, going beyond the standards set by our competitors. These arms feature Rock Jock’s largest joint, the colossal 3.0″ Johnny Joint, which boasts massive 1.5″ threads. This meticulously engineered joint ensures exceptional off-road flexibility and unprecedented durability, truly embodying resilience and performance.
These control arms can be tailored to your aesthetic preference, providing the option of maintaining the raw aluminium look to display the impressive build quality, or choosing from one of our ten color options via a robust 2-stage powder coating process. We start with a zinc primer base coat, which is followed by a top coat in your selected color. This process not only ensures long-lasting aesthetics but also enhances durability and offers superior protection against harsh elements and corrosion.
Our 7075 Aluminium Rear Lower Control Arms incorporate effortless adjustability. Machined with wrench flats for easy adjustment and tightening of the jam nuts, these control arms empower you to fine-tune your suspension setup precisely to your needs. When paired with our Adjustable Upper Control Arms these allow full control over axle center and pinion angle adjustments, accommodating lifts from 0 to 6 inches comfortably. For those with lifts beyond 6 inches, we recommend reaching out to us for additional options and assistance.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
