The Trail Series Front Upper Control Arms are built with 1.75″ OD DOM Tubing featuring a robust .313″ wall thickness. They are equipped with Rock Jock Johnny Joints on the adjusting end, renowned for their performance and durability. The fixed end features our unique tapered polyurethane bushings, offering superior responsiveness and a smoother ride than traditional rubber bushings. Importantly, these ends are greaseable and entirely rebuildable, allowing for regular maintenance, reducing wear, and extending their service life.
Our Trail Series Front Upper Control Arms are designed for precise adjustability, allowing for accurate alignment correction and improved vehicle handling. They are expertly engineered to accommodate lifts from 0 to 6 inches, offering flexibility for future lift modifications and reducing wear on tires and suspension. When combined with our Adjustable Lower Control Arms, they enable complete control over your wheel centering and caster adjustment, ensuring your vehicle’s suspension is fully optimized for peak performance on any terrain. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please consult with us for additional options.
Our Trail Series control arms undergo a rigorous two-stage powder coating process. This process starts with a zinc primer base coat for superior corrosion resistance, followed by a durable top coat. We offer a selection of 10 color options, allowing you to personalize your Trail Series Front Upper Control Arms to match your style.
All of our Trail Series control arms are meticulously manufactured in our facility in Orem, UT. We pride ourselves in sourcing our materials locally and maintaining complete control over the production process to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Installation of our Trail Series Front Upper Control Arms is straightforward using factory hardware. We also offer optional new Grade 8 hardware kits, available separately, for those dealing with rusted or stubborn bolts. This ensures a smooth installation process.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
