These control arms, specifically engineered for compatibility with Dodge Ram 1500 models from 2000 to 2002, offer superior durability and enhanced strength compared to factory parts, making them a valuable asset for your vehicle.
Our Front Upper Control Arms are constructed from high-strength steel tubing, designed to withstand the rigors of both on and off-road driving. They are outfitted with our unique tapered polyurethane bushings at both ends. These bushings are not only designed to provide a more responsive and smoother ride compared to traditional rubber bushings but are also greaseable and completely rebuildable. This unique feature allows for regular maintenance and reduces friction and wear, thereby extending the service life of the bushings.
Our Front Upper Control Arms are designed for superior adjustability, allowing for accurate alignment correction and improved vehicle handling. These components are expertly engineered to accommodate lifts from 0 to 6 inches, offering flexibility for future lift modifications and reducing wear on tires and suspension. Importantly, when combined with our Adjustable Lower Control Arms, they enable complete control over your wheel centering and caster adjustment. This combination guarantees your vehicle’s suspension is fully optimized, ensuring top-tier performance in any terrain. For lifts beyond 6 inches, please consult with us for additional options.
For all our control arms, we employ a two-stage powder coating process. It starts with a zinc primer base coat that ensures superior corrosion resistance, followed by a durable top coat. We offer a selection of 10 color options, adding a personalized touch to your Town Series Front Upper Control Arms.
All components of our Town Series are meticulously manufactured in our facility in Orem, UT. We pride ourselves in sourcing our materials locally and maintaining total control over the production process to ensure our products uphold the highest quality standards.
The installation of our Front Upper Control Arms can be accomplished effortlessly using factory hardware. We also offer optional new Grade 8 hardware kits, available separately, for those dealing with rusted or stubborn bolts, ensuring a smooth installation process.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
