The Core 4×4 Radius Arms for the Ram 2500 is a massive upgrade over your factory arms. Factory Radius arms are made from stamped steel and leave little to no clearance when running larger tires. Here at Core, we make our arms from 3/16″ Plate Steel. They are fully box welded, internally gusseted, and completely enclosed to protect them from water and grime. On top of that, we’ve paired these arms with a massive 3″ Rock Jock Johnny Joint to provide a better range of motion off-road and better ride quality on the road. We also provide a mounting point for Limiting Straps, ensuring your rig stays safe under extreme conditions.
We’ve welded our arms with an Inward bend to provide greater clearance when running larger tires. With a factory wheel at a factory offset, you can run a 37″ Tire without rubbing. With a greater offset, trimming, and modification, you can even run up to 40″ tires with our arms. Our arms are designed for trucks lifted 3″ and above to add back your wheelbase and give you more range to adjust your caster to dial in your alignment at those lifted heights.

Massive 3″ Johnny Joint: A major upgrade from the factory rubber bushing. This massive 3″ Rock Jock Johnny Joint has an independent ball center which provides a greater range of motion off-road and improved ride quality on-road.
Inset Design: Provides greater clearance allowing for larger tires.
Limiting Strap Mounts: We incorporate limiting strap mounts into the design of our arms for those who like to push their Rig. Limiting straps prevent any overextension from causing unwanted damage to your vehicle.

Power Wagon Fitment: These arms will fit the PowerWagon, But you will lose some articulation with the swaybar disconnected. You will still gain some of the advantages and better ride quality that our arms offer, but only if your OEM Radius Arms are the first point of contact. The second point of contact will still be your OEM swaybar, so your drivability gains may not be identical to the 2500.

Our product lines are designed to offer the absolute most value for your budget. Not every build is the same and we understand that. Our series differ mostly in the components used in the construction of the parts. Our Cruise and Town Series utilizes our high grade flex poly bushings at both ends of the arm, this has proven to be a smooth riding easy to maintain and replace bushing that we absolutely love. Our Camp and Trail Series utilizes 5/16″ wall DOM tubing and incorporates a flexible Johnny Joint at the adjusting end, this series has been our most popular series for all around use, great for daily drivers that want to tear up the trails as well. Our Crawl, Tow, and Track Series utilizes the same 5/16″ wall DOM tubing, but features Johnny Joints at both ends. This series gives you the absolute most out of your suspension. This is great for heavy towing/hauling and extreme off-roading. Also, if the component is straight in these series we will machine these left and right hand threaded for easy adjustment on the vehicle!

Our two main sizes of jam nuts require an1-1/2″ wrench or an 1-5/8″ wrench. Generally speaking the 1-5/8″ jam nuts are used on our lower control arms and the 1-1/2″ jam nuts on our upper control arms and track bars. There are some exceptions, but we do offer a crow’s foot that has both sizes.
Any non-synthetic moly based grease is safe on our products, avoid lithium greases and anything red as this can prematurely deteriorate the internal components of the Johnny Joints and bushings used on our parts.
