Refund and Returns Policy
General Return Guidelines:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns on products that have been installed on a vehicle. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Once initiated, the refund might take a few days to reflect in your account.
Return Costs:
We will provide a return shipping label for all returns. For returns not due to an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Products shipped via Free Shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the product is not returned in its original condition.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this when reaching out to our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exceptions:
Products that have been installed on a vehicle are not eligible for return or exchange. Some products might be final sale or have specific return restrictions. Please review product details before purchase.

To start the return process, contact our support team at support@core4x4.com. Provide your name, order number, and a clear reason for the return. Upon assessment and approval, we will send you a return shipping label and guide you on the next steps.
